1.INTRODUCTION  

At espacio we would like you to have a positive experience when you shop with us. We know that you may want to return items that you have purchased from our website. This returns policy sets out our conditions for accepting returns and issuing refunds for items purchased from our website and it also explains when we will not accept returns or issue refunds.

2.RETURN PERIOD AND CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTANCE OF RETURNS

Sellers on espacio offer returns for most items within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for any reason whatsoever after the return period has lapsed. You may return items purchased on espacio within the return period for the reasons listed below;

a. when the items received are broken or defective.

b. when the items received have missing parts or accessories.

c. When the item seem to be fake/unauthentic.

d. When you have received the wrong item/color/size.

We shall only accept returns of items that are unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received them and with their original packaging and seal intact where applicable.

3.REFUNDS

If we accept your return  or if you order but not receive an item, we are obligated to refund you the purchase price of the item within the 7 day period stipulated and required for the return.

4.REJECTED RETURN AND REFUND REQUESTS

All items are inspected upon return to verify the return reasons provided above and if your return request is not approved by espacio then you shall not receive any refund  of the purchase price and will redeliver within 7 business days. If you do not collect the item within the required period you shall be required to forfeit the item.

5.NO EXCHANGE

At espacio we don't offer exchanges and if you are unsatisfied with your product please return it and place a new order.
